Azeez Iyanda (MD/CEO)

Azeez provides strategic direction and executive oversight for BV Integrated Ltd, steering business growth, partnerships, and operational excellence. With over 15 years of professional experience spanning finance, audit, risk management, and corporate strategy across the United Kingdom and Nigeria, he brings both global perspective and local insight to the company’s vision.

He holds a Master’s degree in International Business with Data Analytics from Ulster University, UK, a Master’s in Finance from the University of Lagos, and a Bachelor’s in Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University.
Azeez is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CITN).

His leadership is rooted in corporate governance, financial discipline, and strategic innovation—principles that guide BV Integrated’s expansion into agribusiness, real estate, and infrastructure development.

Saheed Salami – (COO)

Saheed is a dynamic business leader with more than 15 years of cross-sector experience driving strategic transformation, operational excellence, and governance.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, an MBA in Marketing Management, an MSc in Financial Technology from the University of Bradford (UK), and an MSc in International Finance from Babcock University.

A Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (ACAMS) and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Saheed brings deep expertise in risk management, financial compliance, and corporate governance.

His career reflects a consistent record of strengthening organizational frameworks, enhancing efficiency, and embedding cultures of transparency and performance. At BV Integrated, he leads the company’s operations, systems optimization, and strategic execution, ensuring alignment between vision, people, and performance.
