International Trade & Export Documentation
Every certificate your shipment needs, prepared and verified before it ever reaches a port — so nothing is discovered missing at customs.

OVERVIEW
A shipment can be perfect in every physical respect and still fail — not because of the product, but because of a document that’s missing, incomplete, or doesn’t match what’s actually in the container. We prepare and verify every certificate your shipment requires, and we cross-check the full document set against the physical shipment before it ever leaves Africa — so what’s on paper matches what’s in the crate, every time.
What’s Included
DOC-01
Document Preparation
Every required certificate drafted and filed correctly for your specific commodity and destination market.
DOC-02
Verification & Cross-Checking
Each document checked against the physical shipment — weight, grade, quantity — before anything is finalized.
DOC-03
Inspection Coordination
Liaison with third-party inspection bodies (SGS, Bureau Veritas) to schedule and complete pre-shipment inspection.
DOC-04
Final Document Match
A last check of the complete document set against the shipment immediately before export, catching any late discrepancy.
The Documents Explained
CO – Certificate of Origin
Confirms the country where your commodity was grown or produced. Required by nearly every customs authority to apply correct tariffs.
SGS – SGS / Bureau Veritas Inspection Report
Independent third-party verification of quality, quantity, and condition — issued by an inspector with no stake in the sale.
PHYTO – Phytosanitary Certificate
Confirms the shipment is free from pests and plant disease, issued by the relevant agricultural authority (NAQS in Nigeria).
MSDS – Material Safety Data Sheet
Details the handling, storage, and safety characteristics of the product — required for many processed commodities.
EUR1 – EUR.1 Movement Certificate
Where applicable, confirms preferential trade status between Nigeria and destination markets under relevant trade agreements.
COMPLY – Compliance Certificate
A final consolidated confirmation that the shipment meets all applicable import regulations for its destination.
INDEPENDENT VERIFICATION
Third-Party Verified. Never Self-Certified.
Every inspection report on your shipment comes from an independent body — SGS or Bureau Veritas — not from us. That’s the difference between a claim and proof.
A complete document set is not optional on any shipment we export — regardless of size or destination. No exceptions, no shortcuts.
